Building Better Transmissions.

From tear down to cleaning, reassembly, and installation,
we do all our transmission work right here, on site.

We’ve spent years developing our transmission kits.

These aren’t your typical, pre-assembled, easy-to-install kits. Our kits contain specific parts from multiple manufacturers and are carefully configured to help you reach your specific goal. Plus, all transmission assemblies are performed in house — allowing us to quality check each component and ensuring the job is done right.

Our featured base builds contain the following

With these parts, our base-build transmission shifts quickly, smoothly, and are capable of reaching up to 1000hp.

Custom GPZ Clutch Packs

Through testing we’ve found the GPZ’s hold up to the power levels most trucks are pushing and then some, while still resulting in a smooth shift. We set the clutch packs with increased clutch count and custom backing plates to achieve our desired tolerances.

high energy C5's

Where some builders leave the stock C5’s in place, we take the time to replace the C5’s and ensure they are within correct specs before final assembly.

hydraulic updates and upgrades

We perform updates necessary to bring a stock transmission up-to-par, we also utilize certain off-the-shelf upgrades to help achieve the holding power and shift quality desired.

Modified stock hydraulics

When off-the-shelf components don’t do exactly what we want, we have found ways to modify stock components to attain the desired results.

New generation factory components

As technology progressed, the factory learned better ways to do things, by using some of these components we’re able to bring older transmissions up to the same level as the newer ones.

Goerend triple disc, billet cover, and billet stator converters

The key on the converters we use is everything has a billet stator. A billet cover is necessary to add to the clutch count in the converter, but a billet stator is what is necessary to get the torque to the ground and prevent a stock stator failure.

New bearings, seals, and gaskets

It only makes sense with a fresh performance build, to replace all the torrington bearings and every o-ring, seal and gasket.

We’ve spent years developing our transmission kits.

When it comes to creating better transmissions, we’re meticulous testers. As part of our R&D process, we continue to test new configurations on our own personal trucks. Each transmission follows a strict build sheet, helping to ensure quality control and providing a diagnostic blueprint for any future trouble shooting.

Torque matters to you. You matter to us.

Our torque converters are made by Goerend Transmission. They use a billet stator, which allows for higher HP and more durability than your standard triple disc stator.
